We had a really great stay on weekdays instead of over the weekend.

Booked a room for hot shower. The breakfast was delicious and satisfactory with egg station and porridge, as example and had something for everyone. The hotel had a particularly good location a super close walk to Bird Interpretive Centre.

They serve delicious and very very good breakfasts for all tastes with scrumptious food and good view, for instance.

The location of the hotel is also excellent, situated at the centre of Fraser's Hill, atop the cool highlands of the Titiwangsa Mountains. While everything else was up to par, it would be great if the balcony was cleaned more regularly to ensure a pleasant outdoor experience.

1) Weak communications - Very upset because when check in time at 3 pm, the hotel staff said they never received my booking confirmation. Lucky got room available. 2) Price not clearly stated during the booking made. 3) Not happy with the booking arrangement because I received phone call from Malacca hotel staff informing the increase on rate at 6 pm. I am puzzled with the info because my booking is for Tanjung Malim hotel. Furthermore, I've paid cash during check-in at 3 pm on the same day.

Located right next to the famous Gate at the top of the Old Road, Shahzan Inn Fraser's Hill is in the center of all the main activities. The rooms, though old, are decent and comfortable, and the beds are satisfactory. The staff at the front desk is friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in when possible. The breakfast spread is decent, and the hotel provides an afternoon tea set with scones, tea, and samosas.

The bathroom facilities are not up to standard, with no hot water, low water pressure, and cleanliness issues.

Upgraded hotel with central location and brand-new and big size rooms. A wide array of great options for meal. River view and good service. Everything good. Location really close to all the attractions in Fraser's Hill and mountain. Also, near to clock tower.
